How we use your details

This explains what happens to the details you share with Advantify Media when you fill in a form on this website or email us. We keep it short and simple.

Who we are

Advantify Media is a marketing and business growth service based in North Devon. We are responsible for the details you send us. If you have any questions about your data, email hello@advantifymedia.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us: your name, business name, email or phone number, how you would like us to get back to you, your answers to our questions and anything you write in your message.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you would like to go ahead, to put together a quote or proposal. The legal basis is that you have asked us to get in touch, and replying is a step you have requested before any agreement.

We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you have clearly asked us to.

Where it is kept

We use a small number of trusted service providers for our email, website forms, customer records and website hosting. They only handle your details on our behalf. Some may store data outside the UK, and where they do, approved safeguards are in place. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep the records we need for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Just email hello@advantifymedia.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
